@ESRAC.ART Payment Policy

Note: This Policy outlines the financial procedures for acquiring artworks at @ESRAC.ART. For any assistance, please contact us via our official channels.

1. Accepted Currencies

At @ESRAC.ART, you may complete your purchases in United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Brazilian Reals (BRL).

2. Payment Methods and Conversion

We offer multiple secure payment methods tailored to your currency choice:

  • Payments in Brazilian Reals (BRL):
    • Conversion Rule: The artwork’s value (originally set in USD) will be converted to BRL based on the official PTAX quotation from the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) of the previous business day.
    • Methods: Brazilian PIX, Wire Transfer, and PayPal.
  • Payments in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR):
    • Methods: International Wire Transfer (SWIFT) and PayPal.
    • Important: International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees, bank fees, or taxes (such as IOF in Brazil) charged by your financial institution. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Total Payment and Split Instructions

  • Total Amount Due: The total payment consists of the Final Artwork Price (Market Quote) plus the Approved Shipping and Insurance Costs.
  • Split Payment Procedure: For administrative transparency and tax compliance, the payment instructions will clearly segregate:
    • Artwork Value: The principal amount for the acquisition of the piece.
    • Shipping & Logistics: The amount dedicated to freight and insurance services.

4. Confirmation and Shipment Release

  • Full Clearance Required: Artwork shipment is strictly contingent upon the confirmation of full payment for both the artwork and the shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: @ESRAC.ART will only initiate the shipping timeframe once the total amount has cleared in our accounts. Please note that international bank transfers may take several business days to be fully processed and confirmed by our auditing team.

5. Taxes and Destination Charges

Prices displayed on @ESRAC.ART represent the value of the artwork and do not include import taxes, customs duties, or VAT applicable in the destination country. In accordance with our Shipping Policy, the buyer is the “Importer of Record” and is solely responsible for all local tax obligations.

6. Invoicing

All formal invoices related to the acquisition of @ESRAC artworks or mediation services will be issued by César Ramos & Cia Ltda (CNPJ 17.688.279/0001-40) in compliance with Brazilian tax regulations.
